Welcome to Backbenchers Academy. By accessing or using our learning platform at learn.backbenchersacademy.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Enrollment

By enrolling in a course, you agree to provide accurate personal information and complete the admission process as required. Enrollment is subject to availability and eligibility criteria set by Backbenchers Academy. We reserve the right to accept or reject any enrollment application.

2. Course Access

Upon enrollment, you will receive access to course materials, lessons, quizzes, and assignments. Course access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or course materials with others. Sessions are limited to one device at a time.

3. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Behave respectfully towards instructors, mentors, and fellow students
• Submit original work and not engage in plagiarism or cheating
• Not record, distribute, or share course content without prior written permission
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts the learning environment

4. Certificates

Completion certificates are awarded upon successfully finishing all course requirements including lessons, quizzes, and assignments. Certificates include a unique credential ID and can be verified at our verification page. Certificate validity is lifetime.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, videos, exercises, and platform design are the intellectual property of Backbenchers Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team at support@backbenchersacademy.in for refund inquiries.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or disrupt the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Backbenchers Academy provides educational services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
